A generous vintage French champagne vasque from Champagne Mercier, with a deep rounded bowl on a raised pedestal foot. The bowl is engraved with the Mercier name and a crest, and the double rim gives it a solid, handsome shape. Big enough to chill several bottles on ice, and just as good as a table centrepiece or filled with flowers or fruit.
Vintage condition: patina, scratches and marks from years of use, worn patches in the finish, and some green oxidation inside at the bottom of the bowl.
