Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are dispatched from our shop in Gothenburg, Sweden, and carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. We normally ship with PostNord using a tracked service.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the total packed weight of the order and its destination. All prices below are in SEK and include VAT where applicable.
SWEDEN
0–2 kg: 99 SEK
2.01–5 kg: 149 SEK
5.01–10 kg: 199 SEK
10.01–15 kg: 249 SEK
15.01–20 kg: 299 SEK
Estimated transit time after dispatch: 3–5 business days.
Orders weighing more than 20 kg, as well as particularly large or fragile pieces, may require a separate shipping quote.

Choose “In-store pickup” or “Click & Collect” at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and identification if requested.
EU COUNTRIES
Shipping is currently available to Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.

5.01–10 kg: 799 SEK

Tracking is included. Orders weighing more than 10 kg, as well as oversized or especially fragile pieces, may require a separate shipping quote.
NORWAY
0–1 kg: 299 SEK
1.01–3 kg: 399 SEK
3.01–6 kg: 529 SEK
6.01–10 kg: 699 SEK
Estimated transit time after dispatch: 5–8 business days.
Tracking is included. Orders sent to Norway may be subject to Norwegian import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling charges. Unless explicitly shown as collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are paid upon import or delivery.
CANADA
0–2 kg: 449 SEK
2.01–5 kg: 599 SEK
5.01–8 kg: 749 SEK
8.01–10 kg: 849 SEK
Estimated transit time after dispatch: 8–14 business days.
Tracking is included. Canadian import duties, GST/HST and carrier handling charges may apply upon arrival. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly shown as collected at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
All delivery times are estimates and may vary. International parcels may occasionally be delayed by customs or carrier processing beyond our control.

LARGE, FRAGILE OR OVERSIZED ITEMS
Furniture, mirrors and other large or particularly fragile pieces may require a custom shipping quote. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the item, its packaging and the shipping label so that we can assist you.
DIGITAL GIFT CARDS
Digital gift cards are delivered by email. No shipping fee applies.
