Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

How long does delivery take?
Sweden: usually 3–5 business days.
Norway, Denmark and Finland: usually 5–7 business days.
Delivery times can vary slightly during busy periods.

When will my order be sent?
We usually dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes, tracking is included on all orders.

Do you ship to Norway, and will I pay customs or VAT?
Yes. For Norway, any customs fees, duties and Norwegian VAT are paid by the customer. Customs processing can occasionally add a delay.

Do you ship larger items?
For larger pieces, shipping may require a custom quote. Message us with your postcode.

Click & Collect

Can I collect in store instead?
Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout.
Pickup is available Tue–Fri 11–18 and Sat 10–16 at Antikhallarna in Gothenburg.

Are your items new?
We offer a mix of vintage and antique finds, alongside a small selection of new pieces. Each product page clearly states what it is.

Are items one of a kind?
Often, yes. We focus on small-batch finds and pieces with character.

Brocante & Sourcing

Do you hand-pick your items in France?
Yes, most of our collection is hand-picked in France. Origin is listed on each product page when known.

What does “brocante” mean?
“Brocante” is a French word often used for vintage finds, second-hand objects and pieces discovered at markets or small dealers, chosen for patina, character and timeless style.

Care, Returns & Issues

What condition are vintage items in?
Vintage pieces may show gentle wear and signs of age. We always describe any notable details on the product page.

Can I get an extra photo or more details?
Yes. Just message us and we’re happy to help.

How do you pack fragile items?
We pack with protective materials and add extra padding for fragile pieces such as ceramics and glass.

What if something arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll help quickly.

Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted in line with our Returns Policy. If you’re unsure, message us and we’ll guide you.

Can I include a gift note?
Yes. Leave a note at checkout and we’ll happily include a message.
