Refund policy
For online purchases:
In accordance with EU consumer legislation, customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving their order for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Please contact us before returning an item so we can help you begin the return process.
Please note that all our items are handpicked, and we stand behind their authenticity and quality. However, many are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that may show signs of use and age consistent with their history and character.
For in-store purchases:
Due to the nature of our items—vintage, second-hand pieces and antiques—we operate a “buy as seen” policy. Customers have the opportunity to inspect an item carefully and ask any questions before purchasing. All in-store purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
