Återbetalningspolicy
För onlineköp:
I enlighet med EU:s konsumentlagstiftning har du som kund rätt att ångra ditt köp och returnera varor inom 14 dagar från att du tagit emot beställningen för full återbetalning. Kunden står för returfrakten och varan ska skickas tillbaka i samma skick som vid leverans. Kontakta oss gärna innan du skickar tillbaka något så hjälper vi dig att starta returprocessen.
Observera att alla föremål är handplockade av oss och vi står bakom deras äkthet och kvalitet. Samtidigt ber vi om förståelse för att våra objekt är unika, enstaka fynd som kan ha spår av bruk och ålder som hör till deras historia och charm.
För köp i butiken:
Med tanke på föremålens karaktär (äldre vintage, second hand och antikviteter) tillämpar vi principen ”köp i befintligt skick”. Det innebär att alla kunder har möjlighet att noggrant titta på och ställa frågor om ett föremål innan köp – alla köp i butiken är slutgiltiga och vi tar inte emot returer eller byten.
Vi strävar alltid efter att ge våra kunder den bästa möjliga upplevelsen, både online och i butiken. Om det skulle uppstå några problem med ditt köp, hör gärna av dig så försöker vi hitta en bra lösning.
For online purchases:
In accordance with EU legislation, customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the item must be in its original condition. Please get in touch with us to start the process.
Please note that all items sold are handpicked by us and we stand behind their authenticity and quality. However, we kindly ask that customers understand that these are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that may have imperfections consistent with their age and history.
For in-store purchases:
With regards to the nature of our items (old vintage, second hand & antiques) we have a “buy as seen” policy. This means all customers have the opportunity to examine and ask any questions they may have about the item before making a purchase – all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
